Srinagar/New Delhi, May 28 (PTI) The row over Article 370 escalated today with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah asking the Centre to make known the "stakeholders" it was talking to for repealing special status to Jammu and Kashmir and RSS saying no one should take any offence to a call for a debate.
