Follow Instructions To Install TWRP and Root Galaxy J3 2016 (SM J320F):
Download Galaxy J3 2016 TWRP_3.0.2-0_SM-J320F.tar.md5 and UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip and Samsung USB Drivers and Samsung ODIN Tool
Copy Update-SuperSU-2.76-xxxxxx.zip To Phone Storage,
Put phone in download mode and connect it to the pc (shut down your device, then power on by simultaneously pressing the power button + home button + volume down key)
Run Odin Tool and Click On PDA/AP Button and Select TWRP_3.0.2-0_SM-J320F.tar.md5 and Hit Start Button.
After Install TWRP Your Phone Will Reboot. Now Put Your Phone In Recovery Mode By ( Power On Phone Press And Hold Volume Up + Home + Power Button )
tap on install and flash supersu
when you reboot from twrp it asks to install supersu, select (do not install) otherwise you'll get a bootloop
