I feel so stupid, but this is what happened:
Dear community, please! can anyone help me to at least backup my data (pictures especially)?

I feel so stupid, but this is what happened:
- I opened Software Update Assistant, connected my device via non-stable USB slot and clicked "Upgrade Device".
- During upgrade USB connection lost and upgrade failed.
- Now I have Software Update Failed blue screen with message "use the Verizon Software Repair Assistant on a computer to repair your device and complete the update".
- I tried to use the Repair Assistant on my computer with another USB slot but for some reason it failed as well.
- I tried to "Delete" the device to start again the repair:
