Hello, I was in trip oversee, and my nexus 5X (my grilfriend phone) freeze and died ... she was taking panoramique picture, then the phone juste freeze, the screen went black after 1 minute or so, impossible to wake in up now ... (it's happened a week ago, when the phone don t have battery, and i tuch a button, the led turn red, exept that, no sign of life ... i trip to hold volum down +power ... ect ... nothing work I can use the insurance, to get a new phone but i would prefere to get the picture back. Is there a way to get theme back ?

Ps : what are the chances, 30 minutes later, my samsung S6 got a factory reset off nowhere ... so 2 weeks of picture Gone .... and no internet/nobackup....
