I know I'm not the only one who has this problem. After updating my Honor 7 to EMUI 4.0 I can't make calls or receive them, but there is no issue with text messages. I went to my network provider (Three UK) and they confirmed it was the update, a guy actually had the same phone and same problem, he said to go back to EMUI 3.1 but I'm not sure how.
Anyone knows if there is a way of fixing that without going to the old version of EMUI? Or if I have to can someone explain the best way to do it? The only thing I worked out was to download the EMUI 3.1 Firmware and install it on my phone but I'm not sure if it will overwrite the 4.0 version? I would like to avoid getting my data erased.
Emailed Honor support team straight away (on Sunday night) but no response yet :crying:
