Hello Forum,
I have a problem with my G2. It has been a great phone for a couple of years and then one day, I get the "non compatible phone charger" message and it wont charge. I verified the charger works by plugging in another phone. When I hooked it up to my computer, I get USB not recognized. Verizon suggested doing a factory reset, which I did and it didnt change the problem. The next step was to change the charging port board, and it still didnt fix the problem. Anybody got any ideas?
